I specialize in working with anxiety, PTSD, trauma, self-worth and emotional regulation. My passion lies in helping my clients to understand the patterns of their life, in particular how any trauma they may have experienced as a child has manifested into dysfunctional patterns in their present day life. I also work with couples to help unpack dysfunctional communication patterns and underlying tensions within the relationship that may be causing distress. I am currently expanding my area of knowledge to working with athletes and helping them through mental blocks they may be experiencing, which hinders performance.
